If in stock, packages are generally dispatched between 2 and 5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via China Post Office.

If not in stock packages are generally dispatched between 5 and 10 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via China Post Office.

International customers receive the parcel through local mail carrier (e.g. USPS in the US, Royal mail in the UK...)

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect objects.

DVDs are sent in padded enveloppes (4DVDs max) or in a cardbox filled with bubble wrap so your items are well-protected.

2 shipping service are available:

Standard: (from 8 to 20 working days* depending on location) - The parcel is delivered by airmail. There is a tracking number to ensure the delivery but it can only be checked at the China Post Office branch. Therefore if you haven't received your parcel after 3 weeks (this is the minimum delay from China Post Office), send us an email and we'll check directly to the Post Office to see what happened. 1. Add 8 DVDs to your cart
2. Proceed to checkout
3. Create an account (you MUST log in for the discount to work. It's for safety reason, we want to be sure you are a human being and not a "bot").
4. Then refresh the page (press the F5 key)
5. A unique discount code is automatically created in the cart (it should look like the picture below)

The discount amount depends on your average purchase; e.g.

We have a 15 days return policy if the DVD is not what has been described and has not been opened. Money will be returned fully to the customer including shipping.

We will not be able to refund in the following cases:
-DVD already open
-DVD unopened but damaged
-region incompatibility (many of our DVD are region 6, please check your player compatibility before buying
-customer's mind change

In case of defective DVD, please contact us and we will explain the procedure for return. Once we agree on the defectiveness of the DVD we will send another one (same title, same format)

Any custom fees or import sales tax levied on international deliveries are the responsibility of the customers. Please contact your local offices to find out more. We are also not responsible for delays in delivery or damages due to merchandise held by customs officials.
